Employres and recruites will be able to search your resume for keywords and match your qualifificatns against available positions. Following features are currently available for our comunity,

Fast Send - Send your resume directly to the hiring personel in one click. Employers can contact you directly using employer online tools in our site or by contacting at the contact information provided in your resume.

• You can click on send resume menu option and select the resume from the list of your saved resumes. Provide destination e-mail address and click send !
• You may also search our job bank and click on apply option for any matching position. This will automatically get the conatact employer/recruiter e-mail address. You just select the resume/cover letter from the list of your saved resume/cover letters and click send. No more blind sending resumes to unknown e-mail addrress.

Visibility - You can define visibility for your resume by marking the ones searchable and non-searchable. By default your most recently created/edited resume gets the active status and searchable by employers/recruiters. Employers and recruiters search content of your resume to find possible match against open positions. If you can mark your resume inactive, it will no longer be serachable by employers unless you make it active again. You should make your latest resume most complete and leave it active for optimal result.

Resume Tracker - Resume database maintains a history whenever you send resume using tools in this site. This helps you avoid sending duplicate resumes to the same receipient. It also provide you with nicely formatted report for your acivities to help mange your job search efficiently.

Note: We are enhancing veriety of features for our resume database. In future you will have more options for visibility feature. You will be able to make your resume searchable to everyone, direct employers only, placement agencies only or any combination of these to reduce or enhance visibility. You will also be able to block certain employer(s)/recruiter(s) to search/view your resume. Howerver, your chance for exposure to potential opprtunities increase as you choose default option which makes resumes searchable/viewable by all employers/recruiters.
